City Hall
Run for mayor of New York City by attracting residents and winning citizens’ approval. Players activate offices at City Hall to buy land, build neighborhoods, tax constituents, trade influence, and campaign. Control of each office can be contested through influence, with players choosing whether to challenge opponents or support their actions for future leverage. Properties can attract residents or drive them away, while special interest groups provide additional votes. The player with the most votes on election day becomes mayor.
