Players set secret objectives for the lines of sight across a growing city, such as the number of visible buildings or buildings of equal height. They then take turns placing blocks to create buildings, trying to meet their coded goals exactly while concealing their plans.

It's too random for a good four-player game, but it does do well with two players, and the components are incredible. Definite coffee table material.
