Colt Express: Silk Bandit

Adds a new bandit character with a customizable special ability to the base game. Choose one of three powers before play: a Move power that shifts one or two cars whether on the roof or inside, a Dodge power that passes the Neutral Bullet gained when encountering a Lawman to another player and triggers the position change described in the rules, or a Block power that prevents any other figure from entering the car through its rear door. All players agree on the chosen power before selecting characters.
