Players design colorful gabled façades for a harbor street by collecting and placing polyomino tiles to fit into their personal building boards. On a turn, a player either takes two adjacent cards from a display (hand size limited) or spends cards to buy differently shaped and colored façade tiles, receiving discounts for placing tiles adjacent to matching colors. Covering specific spaces or completing rows grants new abilities; finishing rows or columns scores points (rows of all windows score double). Play proceeds as a race to reach the victory threshold. The game is available in a base cardboard-tile edition and a deluxe printing with laser-cut acrylic tiles and additional module components.
