Distant Suns

Players take on the role of space explorers mapping a newly reachable galaxy over three rounds. On each turn a player writes a figure onto an open Exploration Zone and then forces opponents to fill zones of their own, resolving encounters and consequences. Encounters include alien meetings, ship upgrades, treasure discoveries, and hazards such as black holes and other cosmic anomalies. Players score victory points for exploration results and upgrades, and the highest total after three rounds determines the winner.
