Cope with corruption and insurgency while developing the Democratic Republic of Congo. Players build industries, expand river, rail and road transport, develop cities, produce oil, minerals and crops, and sell resources through the Atlantic port of Matadi. The game unfolds across four layers, introducing insurgents, peacekeepers, the Government, and strategic interventions by other countries. Players use peacekeepers to suppress insurgents as they pursue economic growth across the country’s eleven provinces.
