Hostage Negotiator: Crime Wave

Play a solo negotiation where each turn represents a tense conversation with a hostage taker. Players play cards and roll dice to build conversation points, reduce the taker’s threat level, and free hostages while managing new demands and rules for each abductor. This standalone expansion uses the original hand-building mechanic that places purchased cards into next turn’s hand, and introduces new Conversation Cards, Terror Cards, Pivotal Events, and abductors. It can be played by itself or combined with previous content, and the box stores existing material and additional expansions.
