Track down cartel members across the city while deciding whether to enforce the law or accept bribes. Players take turns moving a detective by rolling a die and resolving encounters; arrests score points only if the boss is later captured. Each roll escalates pressure and forces tactical choices about movement, confrontation, and managing limited resources as the investigation closes in.
