Lowlands: Brettspiel Adventskalender 2018 Promo

Adds a small farm-tile expansion for use with the base game calendar promo. During setup, the new farm tiles are sorted into their matching stacks and then shuffled into those stacks to expand the available farm layouts. Integrates directly into normal setup and play; no additional rules beyond mixing the promo tiles into the appropriate piles.
