Plutocracy
Lead a trading corporation across a rotating universe, traveling between planets to buy and sell resources for profit. Use earned Space Euros to purchase seats in planetary parliaments and gain influence in three elections. Players who secure parliamentary majorities, or meet the requirements of societies on Earth, send Councilors to the Plutocratic Council. The player with the most Councilors at the end wins.
