Power Grid: Oracle & Industrial Espionage

Two promotional cards add a restricted peek-and-pass mechanic to the base game and its companion. Each card lets a single player look at the top card of the power plant or technology draw pile, giving private information that can guide purchasing decisions. After a player buys a card from the market, they must pass the Oracle/Industrial Espionage card to the previous player in turn order, transferring the privilege. The cards thus create a rotating advantage and a small information economy without changing core rules.
