Rokoko: The Festivity Dresses

Adds four special dress tiles depicting holiday-themed outfits and scenes for the existing dress-manufacturing system. These dresses are produced like normal dresses but cannot be sold. When a player pays the cost to make one, they immediately gain a one-time payout of Prestige Points, then flip the tile and place it in a hall as with other dresses.
