Sedan 1940 is a board game for 2 players. It is meant for ages 16 and up.

Operational-level wargame on the German invasion of France in 1940, focusing on the fighting around Sedan and the advance through the Ardennes. Players command battalion- and smaller-scale forces, combining armor, infantry, artillery, engineers, motorized, and anti-tank or air units. Divisions activate through chit pull, with units taking basic or special actions for movement, assaults, fire combat, and planned attacks. An unstructured sequence reflects the confusion of the campaign, while stacking, primary and secondary combat values, overwatch, opportunity fire, and optional command-and-control rules model combined-arms operations. The game covers 20 turns, representing two-hour day turns and four-hour night turns.
