Simply Cosmic

A streamlined version of a classic negotiation and conquest game set in space. Players take on asymmetric alien powers, each with a unique ability, and use hand management, alliances, and tactical card play to resolve encounters and expand influence. The setup reduces the number of alien types and simplifies card options to create a shorter, more approachable session while retaining core mechanics like hostile encounters, ally negotiation, and variable player powers. Rounds proceed through drawing, planning, and resolving encounters until a player achieves the victory condition of controlling a set number of foreign colonies.
