Two standalone historical scenarios and new variants examine brief alliances between British forces and local armed groups in pre-World War II and wartime colonial conflicts. One scenario places British units alongside the Malayan Communist Party during the Japanese occupation of Malaya, introducing mechanics for co‑operation against an external occupier. The other models British counterinsurgency against the Arab Revolt in Palestine (1936–1939), adding rules for repression and political dynamics that precede later insurgencies. Both scenarios use distinct maps and mechanics and can link to the original Malaya and Palestine games to form an extended campaign that traces how temporary alliances reshape subsequent conflicts.
