Tiny Towns: Fortune – Pirate's Den

Adds a new building card featuring pirate parrots that interacts with green buildings and the Fortune coin mechanic. The card scores extra points when placed next to a Green House and grants coins on construction equal to the number of Green Houses in play (including the one just built), making it scale with the size of a player’s green area.
