Ancient vampires vie in an ongoing struggle for dominance across a modern gothic setting. Players command clans of vampires represented by preconstructed decks, use blood as a resource, recruit and position minions, and play political and combat actions to reduce rivals’ influence. Decks focus on different approaches—stealth and bleed attacks, slow domain-building with traps, political control and trickery, flexible blood sorcery and strong defense, or steady pressure with resilient minions—so play alternates between organizing resources, choosing targets, and resolving bleeds, combats, and votes until a single player or faction prevails.
