Victory through Industry

Build mines and factories to supply the war effort during the Second World War, producing everything from battleships to canned food. Develop a network of factories that uses some products as inputs to manufacture others, then compete for government contracts to become the exclusive supplier. Consume products to construct factories, operate them to produce goods, and maintain contracts by meeting their production requirements every few turns.
