A system-neutral scenario set in a randomly generated, thirteen-story tower of trade. Each level presents a different bazaar environment for exploration, encounters, and commerce. The scenario is provided as a two-page PDF, with a separate two-page supplement containing Troika! NPCs and a bonus character background.
