5 Magic Diseases

This collection introduces five magical diseases for fantasy roleplaying adventures, each designed to create hazards, complications, and plot hooks. Ashenblood slowly transforms victims into fire elementals, while the Barrow Plague increases their vulnerability to necromancy and can raise them as corporeal undead after death. Fury Fever drives carriers to attack anyone uninfected, Green Guts causes victims to vomit strange green slime, and Spellblains interferes with spell preparation and resistance. The diseases include saving throw difficulties suitable for characters across a range of levels.
