A Cigarette, A Blindfold, and You

A one-shot horror roleplaying adventure set in an alternate 1940s Europe, where alien science and sorcery prolong a devastating continental war. The player characters are French soldiers assigned to guard duty in Monsireigne, a lakeside town captured from the enemy Royalists. After carrying out several executions as a firing squad, the squad’s routine changes when a condemned man claims that a treasure is hidden somewhere in town. Their investigation draws them into the reality-warping influence of Carcosa and the King in Yellow.
