A Dungeon and a Dragon

A four- to six-hour Dungeons & Dragons 5E adventure for characters of levels 11–16. The adult green dragon Valturnax threatens to destroy the village of Hartsvale unless its people submit by nightfall. To save the village, adventurers must climb the mountain, pass through caves occupied by the dragon’s minions, and reach his lair before sunset. The enemies know the party is coming and prepare intelligently, creating a challenging ascent inspired in part by Tucker’s kobolds.
