A Medieval Holiday

This 17-page PDF presents a humorous guide to hosting an authentic medieval banquet. It includes a fictional history of the first Thanksgiving celebrated by King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, suggestions for turning a modern home into a medieval feasting hall, advice on banquet etiquette, historical recipes, informative footnotes, and a new prestige class: the trencherman.
