A Question of Ethics

This Dungeons & Dragons adventure presents a conflict between the Company of the Shining Stone, who seek to plunder an aged wizard’s tomb, and a band of stone giants that has made its lair nearby while searching for a rare local mineral. The player characters must decide which group to aid or hinder. The adventure begins during the annual fair in Adurath, where characters can take part in the Arcane Challenge. Contestants compete to destroy a boulder, retrieve a feather from a 100-foot tower, and find a needle in a haystack. Several powerful spellcasters enter the contest, and the characters’ choices can influence the outcome and the wider confrontation. Designed for four 12th-level characters.
