A Tale of Pirates

Players work together as a pirate crew to keep a 3D ship operational and complete scenario objectives under time pressure. Each player uses their own 30-second sand timer as an in‑game character: placing a timer on a ship slot starts an action (turning, loading or firing cannons, repairing hull, boarding, etc.) and that action completes only when the sand runs out. An app runs missions, triggers events, tracks progress and acts as the round timer. Ten scenarios offer varied goals—combat, treasure hunts, kraken fights, prison breaks—and sessions play in a few short rounds where communication and quick coordination determine success.
