Advanced Options: Gemstones

This reference presents scores of precious and semi-precious gemstones for use in fantasy games. Each entry includes a description, a color photograph, and pricing for several conditions, from unfinished to perfect. It also covers standard gemstone cuts, traditional special qualities, and ways to use gems as components in spells and magical items. The material is provided as a 22-page guide for the game master and a 5-page player handout containing gemstone names and images. The contents are suitable for multiple editions and fantasy role-playing systems.
