Adventures in Time

The party begins in a desert hamlet, pursuing personal leads or spending downtime, when a spell misfires and summons reflections of the characters. Confused and convinced they are the originals, these duplicates challenge the party to determine what happened and why they are there. One character secretly caused the time-travel malfunction to alter an event from their past. The adventure can be tailored to parties of different sizes and levels, and works as a side adventure, a standalone session, or the beginning of a campaign.
