A role-playing game set in a post-World War III America, where survivors rebuild civilization among radioactive ruins. Players create detailed characters, explore the setting, and battle scavenger gangs, radiation threats, mutants, and other dangers. Flexible rules support straightforward combat and cover a range of weapons, vehicles, and equipment. The setting includes a detailed background and locations known as Universe Joints.
