Age of Steam Expansion: Siberia

This variant depicts Siberia as a sparsely populated region rich in natural resources, where permafrost makes railway construction difficult. The map is designed as a demanding setting for building and operating a rail network. Towns cannot be urbanized, and the Urbanization action is replaced by Build Mine. Mines are constructed at marked resource locations and produce goods for delivery to the three off-board cities: Moscow, Beijing, and Vladivostok.
