Age of Steam Expansion: South America / South Africa

This double-sided expansion adds two maps to the railway-building game: South Africa and South America. South Africa introduces an Engineer action that discounts track construction, while Angola and Rhodesia produce goods but cannot receive deliveries. South America adds El Presidente and changes how the Turn Order Pass action works.
