Autopsy

A horror roleplaying prop based on real post-mortem documents. It presents an autopsy report that can be used whole or in sections, with handwritten notes, incomplete findings, or unusual conclusions forming clues for an investigation. The booklet also summarizes external and internal autopsy procedures, relevant legislation, and illnesses classified as Category 1 risks for post-mortem infection. Game Masters use the documents to build mysteries involving repeated deaths, hidden causes, or disturbing evidence.
