Balada triste de la ciudad

A pure investigative roleplaying game set in a hostile, crime-ridden city ruled by corruption, violence, and desperation. Players take the roles of detectives working from a decaying police station, solving major cases with little support while dealing with murderous criminals, mercenaries, unstable figures, and wealthy people of dubious reputation. The city is built collectively at the table as an evolving sandbox that grows and changes from case to case. One game master and two to three lead detectives use the custom Trueque Noir system, a direct d10-based ruleset combining classic investigation with narrative elements. The detectives must solve case after case until the city decides they have paid their debt.
