A heroic role-playing game set in Lemuria, a post-apocalyptic world of steaming jungles, untamed wilderness, horror-filled swamps, scorching deserts, and monstrous beasts. The setting follows the swords-and-sorcery tradition, with barbarians, gladiators, pirates, soldiers, savants, and powerful magicians competing for wealth, survival, and influence. Players create larger-than-life heroes who take work as mercenaries, sailors, caravan guards, thieves, or pirates. They face rival warriors, evil sorcerers, priests, assassins, and nobles while exploring dangerous lands, pursuing personal fortunes, and often defending those who cannot defend themselves.
