A 48-page support magazine for the Advanced Squad Leader Starter Kit series that collects articles, scenarios, player aids and counters for use with the Starter Kit rules. Includes 12 new Starter Kit scenarios, three player aid cards, and a half countersheet with 90 half-inch and 32 five-eighth-inch counters. The issue also offers learning and tactical content: guides to learning the Starter Kit, a scenario replay with accompanying dice-roll analysis, primers on routing and half-squad tactics, tactical commentary on a specific scenario, and advice for solo play. One scenario note clarifies a German OB adjustment to add a PSK for balance.
