BATTALIA NCBC: Mistress of the Mist

A wandering enchantress and master-builder, the Mistress of the Mist is drawn to the construction and expansion of cities. Trained in an eastern magical school, she can conceal and protect large areas beneath a veil of mist, though her intervention may also create unexpected complications. This neutral NPC mini-expansion adds a large-scale miniature and complementary rules to the base game or its BIG! Expansion. It introduces additional strategic and adventure elements without belonging to any faction, and can be combined with other NPC expansions in different setups.
