Beacon City METAs Issue 01: Bring on the Bad Guys!

This Mutants & Masterminds supplement presents eight fully stated and illustrated characters submitted by players, ranging from potential allies and heroes to dangerous villains. METAs personnel provide commentary on the entries, which can be added to an existing campaign or used as player characters and opponents. The issue also includes a five-page article on running a villainous campaign, along with Hero Lab files for the featured characters.
