Blighthammer Cultist

Blight cultists worship aberrant entities believed to have caused the magical Twisting Blight, a plague that transforms its victims into aberrations. Their elite warriors perform rituals to hasten their own transformation and wield magical hammers. This PDF provides a CR 6 cultist for 5e or a level 7 creature for PF2e, along with suggested tactics, lore, and a compatible magic weapon.
