Book 9: Traveller Plus

An expanded set of core rules for the Classic Traveller setting, adding character options, tasks, and skills. The character design system allows players to select their characters’ characteristics, skills, and benefits instead of rolling for them, with the referee guiding these choices according to the campaign’s assumptions.
