Build-a-Foe: Bandit

A tabletop roleplaying supplement for creating bandit encounters and criminal groups. It provides flexible rules for combining ranks, crew types, backgrounds, motivations, specialties, and a Nerve system that determines when enemies bargain, bluff, surrender, retreat, or fight. The supplement includes ready-made crews, stat blocks, feats, campaign hooks, and encounter ideas covering highwaymen, ambushers, smugglers, poachers, deserters, street gangs, and larger criminal outfits. These tools support roadside robberies, negotiations, chases, and organized criminal operations.
