A business game in which players invest capital to build industries in European capitals. Businesses produce consumer goods and public services, with industries requiring raw materials and employee salaries to operate. Players buy and sell goods among themselves and, under certain conditions, to cities. Bank loans are available by mortgaging one or more industries.
