Castles of Mad King Ludwig: Melissa's Markup Royal Decree Promo Card

A single royal decree promo card that changes scoring for room sales. When the player holding the card is the Master Builder, other players pay that player an extra coin per room they buy from the Master Builder. Originally issued as a Kickstarter promo, the card integrates with the Royal Decree rules and functions like other decree cards to alter in-game payments and player interactions during the Master Builder phase.
