Changeup

A Power Level 11 Rogue, this athlete uses cybernetic enhancements and baseball-themed high-tech weapons to commit crimes. The character can be added to the Beacon City setting or introduced into another campaign with minimal changes. Heroes may oppose his misuse of technology, investigate the source of his equipment, and contend with his competitive ego and grudges.
