New cults are trying to summon the Old Ones. This expansion adds four asymmetric factions, each with unique powers, rules, cards, miniatures, and components. Players lead groups such as university scholars, corrupted city enforcers, or disciples of the spiders of Leng, pursuing different paths to awakening the Old Ones.
