Chaos Factor 2.0

An alien miasma of unknown origin spreads through the human population, granting strange and powerful gifts to dangerous individuals. This supplement provides three pre-generated super-villains and a chaotic alien menace for a Mutants & Masterminds Second Edition campaign. The threat can be used as a one-shot adventure or developed as an ongoing phenomenon.
