Children of the Apocalypse
A post-apocalyptic fantasy setting for Savage Worlds, set five centuries after a great plague destroyed a modern civilization. Early black-powder technology, high theology, and magic shape a world where musketeers, pikemen, monsters, wizards, psions, and assassins compete for power. The plague was intended to enhance psychic ability, but its effects created near-godlike children. The nine survivors, now worshiped as the Nine Gods, maintain an uneasy détente while adventurers explore ruined cities, recover ancient artifacts, serve rival churches, and pursue forgotten knowledge.
