City of 7 Seraphs
Hyraeatan is a magical city suspended between the Etheric currents of the Inner Planes and the Shadow Planes. This planar keystone serves as a crossroads where reality, intrigue, and strange wonders converge. The setting presents fourteen Towers of Parity, along with locations such as the Docks and the Glarewood. It provides a backdrop for stories involving would-be architects of reality, planar mysteries, and the factions and places that shape the city.
