Citybook I: Butcher, Baker, Candlestick Maker

A system-neutral game master’s aid for developing fantasy cities. It presents 25 detailed businesses and establishments, each populated with colorful NPCs and supported by more than 70 adventure ideas. After creating a city map, game masters can use these locations to fill otherwise empty buildings and add encounters, services, and plot hooks. The material contains no game-specific statistics and is designed for insertion into an existing fantasy role-playing campaign.
