Coldwater (Pathfinder)
An isolated coastal village sits at the end of a muddy cliff-top path, surrounded by persistent sea fog and rumors of smuggling. Pirates anchor offshore to deal with local criminals, while stories of a sunken stair and a sinister nearby cove draw adventurers to the settlement. The village serves as a bleak setting for Pathfinder adventures involving smugglers, pirates, hidden locations, and local intrigue.
