Coteries
Kindred are solitary predators, yet they gather after sunset in factions, cults, conspiracies, and other uneasy alliances. This book explores the coterie as a social unit within vampire society, examining how members of different sects and clans cooperate, compete, and nurse old grudges. It focuses on the challenges of maintaining trust among disparate vampires while facing the dangers of the wider world. Protection may depend on fellow Kindred, but relying on them is often as perilous as facing the darkness alone.
