Crime and Punishment
A superhero roleplaying supplement introduces Mister Crime and Mister Punishment, two criminal masterminds suited to street-level and Iron Age campaigns, with rules support for higher-powered heroes. It provides character backgrounds and game statistics, along with guidance for running criminal mastermind plots and torture scenes. Plot ideas, minor NPCs, Hero Lab files, character images, and printable standees support their use at the table.
